Nowhere to hide...

Sometimes life seems to throw things at you from all directions! Why? Why me? Why now? Forget all that. If you are not moving forward then you are moving backwards. There is no standstill in life. No matter how much we might want to stay in the moment forever. The biggest thing I've learned in the past few years is that you can't dwell on things. You have to keep pushing forward. You can't spend all your time thinking about regrets that you don't live your life. You can't change the past. You can afffect the present....you can create the future! You need to ask yourself "Why not me? Why not now?"!
